The Playroom started
out as home to Barbie dolls and toy vehicles which kept the children's clutter out of the
remainder of the house. 
As the children entered college, the playroom was turned into a study area with a phone line, TV jack, and computer networking cable.
Negotiations with owner could include a conversion into a fourth bedroom.
