The Children's Play Room started out as home to Barbie dolls, toy vehicles, and a large doll house.  In later years it gave way to Legos and toy trains.  Each child had their shelves within the closets for toy storage. 

As the children entered college, the playroom was turned into a study area with a phone line, TV jack, and computer networking cable added. 

Negotiations with owner could include a conversion into a fourth bedroom.
