The family room, downstairs bathroom, garage, and back patio allow room for parties and reunions.  Buffet tables were placed in the garage, with guests given a choice of indoor or outdoor conversations.  Some sat under the large shade tree out back while the children took advantage of the large open area within the back yard.  Fourth of July parties have been common place within the neighborhood with fireworks in view from one's yard.
